We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead and further develop our sales team within SmartCraft’s HVAC & Plumbing segment. The team is responsible for selling Cordel and SmartCraft Flow to new customers. SmartCraft is the leading provider of software solutions for the construction industry in the Nordics, experiencing strong growth and with ambitious plans ahead. We develop solutions that help craftsmen work smarter, more efficiently, and more profitably.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a highly engaged sales team. With us, you’ll have significant influence in an environment characterized by short decision-making paths, high execution capability, and a strong commercial focus.
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Manager, you will be a key support for the team in their daily work. We believe in a sales leadership style that combines clear expectations, structured follow-up, and high activity levels with coaching and development.
You will have full ownership of pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance, while also recognizing that the best results come from motivated employees. You are a visible leader who provides support, guidance, and development whenever the team needs it.
You will report to the Head of Business Operation and collaborate closely with KAM, Delivery, Customer Support, and the wider operational leadership team to ensure growth, excellent customer experiences, and strong results.
The role can be based at our office in Oslo or Hønefoss, Norway. As the sales team is primarily located in Hønefoss, we expect you to be present there on a regular basis to ensure close follow-up, collaboration, and team development.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team through clear targets and structured follow-up
- Further developing sales strategy, sales processes, and pipeline management
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs such as sales targets, win rate, and forecasts
- Ensuring structured use of CRM and a data-driven approach to sales activities
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to drive growth and strong customer experiences
- Participating in strategic customer meetings and larger contract negotiations
